Remodeling questions, answered
Know what to expect, from your first request to discussing the work.
Which services can I request?+
Kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole-home remodeling, cabinetry and interior updates, home additions, and flooring and finishes. The team reviews the scope before confirming project fit.
Do I need plans before requesting an estimate?+
No. A short description, photos and your priorities are a useful starting point. If drawings or plans already exist, mention them in your request.
Can I keep the existing room layout?+
You can request a refresh using the existing layout or describe a larger change. Feasibility depends on the structure, utilities and scope of the property.
How much will my project cost?+
Cost depends on scope, dimensions, materials, existing conditions and access. A form submission is a request for discussion, not a price quote or commitment.
Will my remodel need permits?+
Some structural, electrical, plumbing or layout changes may need permits. Requirements should be reviewed for your particular project before work begins.
What information makes a quote more useful?+
Include your full property address with ZIP code, the rooms involved, what you want to change, and any timing or budget priorities.
How quickly can work start?+
Availability and timing depend on project fit, scope, planning and schedules. A start date or appointment must be confirmed directly.
Which locations are eligible?+
The current form screens for the submitted city Portland and state Oregon. It does not geocode the property or verify a municipal boundary; final service availability is confirmed during review.
What if my property is outside Portland?+
Your request is saved for service-area review and sent to the alternate confirmation page. It is not treated as an in-area request and service is not guaranteed.
Does submitting a form book an appointment?+
No. Submitting saves your request for review. Visits, pricing, scheduling and project terms must be confirmed directly.
